Harvard Kennedy School - Harvard Kennedy School Resources. Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) and Harvard University offer international student scholarships and fellowships (mostly are region/country specific) for which incoming international applicants may apply. However, it is possible that a student may not be eligible for any of these. In order to be considered for these restricted scholarships, eligible candidates should complete the online Statement of Financial Resources through MYFAID. Please note: These fellowships are meant to supplement primary funding and unless otherwise noted, will not cover all costs of attendance.

Established to support students (women preferred) committed to public service in the Middle East, Africa or South America. Established in recognition of the involvement, dedication and leadership of George W. Mallinckrodt in supporting HKS students of the Mid- Career MPA Program. Eligible candidates will be of particular distinction, great character, and will have exhibited courage, vision and a deep commitment to ethics, transparency and good governance. Established to honor Sheikh Abulaziz Al- Tuwaijri and to advance his commitment to world peace. Preference given to Middle Eastern students committed to the cause of world peace and conflict resolution. As a demonstration of commitment to public service, the successful applicant must be professionally employed in the public sector in their home country, broadly defined, for three years upon graduation.

Sheikh Suhaim bin Hamad Al Thani, one of the founders and visionaries who shaped modern day Qatar. It supports Mason Program students from Yemen, Egypt, Sudan, Palestinian Territories, Iraq, Liberia, Rwanda, Senegal, and Vietnam. Sumner Feldberg Fellowship.
